1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, including church name, administrator name, email address, and payment information. We also collect member information that churches enter into the platform, such as names, email addresses, and giving records.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send administrative communications, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Mux for video hosting — all of which maintain their own security standards and compliance certifications.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.

5. Church Member Data

Churches are responsible for their members' data collected through the platform. ChurchMdia processes this data on behalf of churches as a data processor. Churches should obtain appropriate consent from their members for data collection.

6. Giving and Financial Data

Financial transactions are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. ChurchMdia stores giving records for the purpose of generating donation statements and financial reports for churches.

7. Communications

By using ChurchMdia, you agree to receive service-related communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Push notifications can be disabled in the mobile app settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, data may be deleted from our systems.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Churches can export all their data from the dashboard. Individual members can request data deletion through their church administrator.

10. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

ChurchMdia is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
