By accessing and using ChurchMdia ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChurchMdia is a church management software platform that provides tools for sermon management, online giving, event management, member communication, live streaming, and related church administration functions.
3. Account Registration
Churches must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Payment
ChurchMdia operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ChurchMdia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your church's data. We process data on your behalf and do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Online Giving
ChurchMdia facilitates online giving through Stripe. Transaction fees apply. ChurchMdia is not responsible for failed transactions or disputes between donors and churches. Churches are responsible for proper tax receipting.
8. Intellectual Property
ChurchMdia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChurchMdia and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
ChurchMdia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
